A man clad only in underwear and socks was charged with drunken driving after his vehicle hit a police car during the weekend in Chicago, police said.
Police were notified about a man possibly driving drunk in an alley on the city's Northwest Side, the Chicago Tribune reported Sunday. Apparently the man thought the alley was a through street, police said.
The man, identified as 24-year-old Arsenio Garcia of Chicago, eventually drove the wrong way down a one-way street and crashed into a police vehicle that was answering the call, Chicago Police Department News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli said.
